Our 60-minute Lunch and Learn sessions provide businesses with a conversational understanding of neurodiversity.
What do our sessions cover?
Our Lunch and Learn sessions cover where the term originates, an overview of the six most common ND groups in the UK, including autism, dyslexia, and ADHD, and some statistics of neurodiversity in the UK workforce right now.
We also cover the importance of phrasing and language, the concept of ‘masking’ and the difference between equality and equity. Our training includes a Q&A session to address any questions or concerns.
Why should our business consider neurodiversity training?
Neurodiversity training is essential for all businesses, as it enables them to create a more inclusive workplace.
By understanding the needs and strengths of neurodivergent individuals, businesses can tap into their unique skills and help them thrive in the workplace.
Not to mention, businesses that prioritise neurodiversity often experience increased innovation and productivity, as well as improved employee satisfaction and retention rates.
What our previous clients have said:
“I would highly recommend getting Diversita in for a chat with your teams. The session they delivered to us was highly informative and engaging.”
“Marc, that was amazing – you have got a great tone of voice for delivering training/sharing knowledge and you are so down to earth and genuine, it’s like having a chat with a really knowledgeable friend about something. That makes people trust you and hang on every word.”
So, why not take the first step towards fostering a more inclusive workplace?
