About Us 💬
Our mission is to directly or indirectly create employment opportunities for neurodivergent (ND) job seekers. We do this through tailored recruitment, support, training, and awareness.
Diversita also partners with some of the biggest organisations in the world to help them become more neuro-inclusive in recruitment and beyond.
Diversita started in 2022 and we now work with over 2000 ND candidates and we have assisted over 100 organisations. Founded by Marc Crawley (Director) and Giulia Guida-Crawley (Operations Manager) - a husband-and-wife team that have 2 ND sons.
Their dream is to not only help guide both their sons futures, but also to assist others that may have little in the way of advice or clear job opportunities.

Diversita is a recruitment agency that assists ND job seekers and works with organisations to hire ND applicants. We aim to find ND candidates the right role with the right employer.
Ways we can support you are:
➡ Career Support - Diversita offer support to all of our neurodivergent candidates, however occasionally a more tailored approach is needed. So Diversita now offer up to 12 weeks of structured career support to give our job seekers the best chance of securing a fulfilling career. Click below to learn more.

We have a policy at Diversita where our services should never cause any unnecessary financial burden for our candidate community. We aim to recover a majority of our costs from clients, organisations and funding, any potential costs that cannot be funded are discussed up front.
