A senior Leader within recruitment, I have over 20 years experience in managing teams and delivering outstanding service to Clients and Candidates. I am the founder/ director of Diversita.

Diversita partners with some of the biggest organisations in the world to help them become more neuro-inclusive. We offer a wide range of neurodiversity training to help companies on their ND journey.

Our mission is also ALWAYS to contribute positively to the ND community - this includes creating employment opportunities for neurodivergent job seekers and advising ND employees via our digital platform - Diversita Connect.

Diversita started in 2022 and we now work with over 2000 ND candidates and we have assisted over 100 organisations.

Tania Martin

Tania Martin is a specialist in neurodiversity recruitment and inclusion, known for her innovative leadership in this space. As the founder of PegSquared, she leverages deep experience transforming hiring practices to attract, assess, and empower neurodivergent talent.

Tania led the award-winning Neuro-Diverse Centre of Excellence at EY UK, where she pioneered recruitment strategies specifically designed for neurodivergent candidates - including building strengths-based, flexible, and inclusive hiring frameworks.

She has partnered with global organisations to help them understand and embed neuro-inclusive practices, informed by over 20 years’ experience driving people and technology transformation.

Her work is also shaped by her own lived experience, having built her career while navigating ADHD, diagnosed in 2022.

Tania’s unique combination of frontline recruitment expertise, consulting acumen, and personal insight enables her to guide companies in creating genuinely inclusive talent pipelines and workplace cultures.

This is an entirely virtual event hosted on Microsoft teams.
This event is a CPD accredited training conference.
1 ticket will be one admission to the event.
