At its core, we’re a recruitment agency that assists neurodiverse job seekers specifically in the tech sector and works with organisations to hire ND applicants. Our candidate community is at the centre of everything we do.
We understand that the recruitment process can be overwhelming and confusing, especially for those who face additional obstacles during the job search. That's why we offer guidance and support to our candidates every step of the way.
Here’s the type of support you’ll receive:
We'll arrange a time that's convenient for you to discuss how we can help. We'll ask you some basic details, such as your work experience and the types of jobs you're interested in.
We understand that every neurodivergent person is unique, so we'll listen carefully to your needs and look for jobs that match.
We create a Diversita candidate profile for you. We create this for you to give potential employers a comprehensive understanding of what you need. This could include accommodations you require during the recruitment process, such as extra time or written instructions. We'll send you the profile for your approval, so you have complete control over what information is included.
We submit your CV and candidate profile to potential employers
Once we have your profile, we'll start submitting your CV and the profile to appropriate jobs.
If there aren't any suitable opportunities, we'll stay in touch with you and look out for new openings that fit your needs.
We help you prepare for your job interview(s)
If we do get an interview request for you, we'll help you prepare for it. We'll work with you to understand the job requirements and think about how you can showcase your skills.
After the interview, we'll provide feedback, whether you got the job or not.
We help you evaluate the job offer
If you do receive an offer, congratulations! We'll be there with you every step of the way to help you make sure it's the right one for you.
We'll help you evaluate the offer and make an informed decision. We want you to have a job that fulfils you and allows you to be yourself.
On the other hand, if you're still in the job hunt, we'll keep you updated with any relevant opportunities that might arise.
We also offer other forms of support
We have a mentoring programme where we match junior level ND professionals with senior level ND professionals. They can give you guidance and support in your early career.
If we can't match you with a suitable opportunity, we can ask our network if they might know anyone who is hiring at the moment.
