That’s one of the standout findings from the newly released City & Guilds report on neurodiversity in the UK.

We took that stat to our community. Marc Crawley, our founder, ran a LinkedIn poll asking: Should all EDI teams have a focus or policy around neurodiversity?

Here’s what over 80 respondents said:

92% said “Of course”

🤔 7% said “It can vary depending on a variety of factors”

1% said “Not necessarily”

The disconnect between our community’s expectations and the reality shown in the report is… striking.

That’s why we’re actively supporting organisations through our Neurodiversity Awareness Training — practical, engaging sessions designed to build understanding and create meaningful change in the workplace.

💡 And in support of the upcoming Wellbeing Week, we’re offering a 10% discount on all sessions booked to take place between June 24th and June 30th.
