On Tuesday, Marc Crawley explored the Disability Confident Committed (DCC) scheme – breaking down what it means for employers, how organisations promote themselves as DCC, and most importantly, what this means for neurodivergent job seekers. We’ve also included an Excel list of all registered DCC employers in the UK for easy reference.

Today (Thursday), Marc turned to the Neurodiversity Employers Index (NDEI), a new initiative by Autistica. Now in its 2nd year, the NDEI looks to move beyond “tick-box” approaches and instead give employers a meaningful way to demonstrate commitment to neuro-inclusivity.
