Last week, we had the pleasure of working with the fantastic team at London Biggin Hill Airport, delivering neurodiversity training to their managers and leaders. A special thank you to Robyn Shaw and Natalie Smith BA (Hons), MSc, MCIPD for their warm welcome and commitment to creating a more neuro-inclusive workplace culture. Also huge thank you to David Winstanley MA FRAeS for his amazing introductory video he made for our training, and his attendance in our 4th session.
At Diversita, we’re passionate about supporting organisations in building environments where every individual can thrive, regardless of neurotype. Our training sessions are designed to equip leaders with the insights and practical tools they need to foster inclusive, neurodiverse-friendly teams.
It’s always a privilege to work with local businesses right here in Bromley, and we loved working with Biggin Hill as they continue to lead by example in embracing neurodiversity and promoting neuro-inclusion across their organisation.
A quick shoutout to ‘The Hub’ at Biggin Hill — a truly impressive training space that made the day even more impactful.
