Liz Goodbrand

Liz is a qualified ADHD coach who works with adults who often look like they’re coping well on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, stuck or quietly doubting themselves on the inside. She was diagnosed with ADHD in her 40s and is a parent to two neurodivergent boys. Liz has also experienced severe burnout herself, including time away from work, so she really understands how exhausting it can be to keep pushing, masking and trying to meet everyone’s expectations - especially your own. Before becoming a coach, Liz spent over 20 years in senior brand, marketing and communications roles, leading large international teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. These days she works with people who want support with their wellbeing, organisation, confidence, emotional regulation and finding ways of working that feel more manageable and sustainable. Liz’s coaching style is practical, warm and non-judgemental. She helps clients make sense of their ADHD, build confidence and self-trust, and develop ADHD-friendly ways of working that actually fit real life. Outside of work, Liz is a dog mum to Reggie (officially Captain Reginald Valentine - she went all in on the Kennel Club name), a cuddly, mummy’s boy in golden retriever form. She also sings in a local rock choir and is slightly obsessed with podcasts (Mel Robbins features heavily).

With a Master’s in Special Education and extensive leadership experience, Denise bridges academic research with the lived experiences of those she supports. She provides consultancy and coaching focused on strengths-based, neuro-affirming strategies that allow individuals to thrive in both education and the workplace. Denise also offers professional supervision and mentoring for education staff and leaders across various sectors. Her collaborative approach—honed through work with social care, health, and the Metropolitan Police—helps teams and organisations transform inclusion from an aspiration into a practical reality.
