Hi! I’m Marc Crawley and I deliver all of our recruitment focused training and consulting.
When my wife Giulia and I founded Diversita, we saw a recurring problem: so many companies have hiring practices that unintentionally shut out brilliant neurodivergent (ND) talent. We’re here to help you change that.
I have over 20 years of recruitment experience and understand the practicalities of implementing neuro-inclusive practices to your applicant experience.
