How do I get my jobs advertised?
Simply send a job specification to contact@diversita.co.uk 48 hours before you want the job live. We are also happy to have a call if there are specifics you would like to highlight.
How do I measure the impact of the advert?
We can provide analytics on how many views / opens the job has across our channels and how many times someone has clicked the link to apply on our website.
How do applicants apply to our jobs?
Every link we provide is directed to the job on your company careers page/ ATS. Job seekers will apply directly but can reach out to us with any questions.
Are you a recruitment agency?
Diversita are not a recruitment agency but we do have a large community of ND job seekers that will benefit from the Job Board.
What if we need help with the Job Advert?
We can help with recommendations to make the job advert as neuro-inclusive as possible. These are often useful for the full job specification
Can I have multiple Jobs on your site?
Absolutely! All we would ask is that we are ideally will be provided with 48 hours notice via our company email at contact@diversita.co.uk
