LifeCome Care is a care and supported living provider dedicated to delivering person-centred support with dignity, empathy, and respect. London-based, the organisation also supports communities across the Midlands and South West England.
In partnership with Diversita through the Bromley Council Connect to Work initiative, LifeCome Care is embedding neuro-inclusive practices across its care teams, customer support, and leadership. Through CPD-accredited neurodiversity education, strategic consultancy, and employee support frameworks, it is building a workplace where neurodivergent care professionals can thrive and deliver high-quality care.
Neuro-inclusion Programmes
- CPD-accredited neurodiversity awareness sessions delivered across care staff and leadership, covering Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia.
- Dedicated consultancy with Diversita to review workplace guidance and establish long-term inclusion goals.
