Welcome to Diversita
Diversita is neurodiversity consultancy that assists neurodivergent (ND) job seekers and works with organisations to hire ND applicants.
Our mission is to directly and indirectly create employment opportunities for neurodivergent job seekers. We do this through tailored recruitment, support, training and awareness.
Diversita also partners with some of the biggest organisations in the world to help them become more neuro-inclusive in recruitment and beyond.
Diversita started in 2022 and we now work with over 2000 ND candidates and we have assisted over 100 organisations.
Marc Crawley (Director) and Giulia Guida-Crawley (Operations Manager) are a husband-and-wife team that have 2 ND sons.
Their dream is to not only help guide both their futures but also assist others that have so much to offer but may have little in the way of advice or clear job opportunities.
