Neuro-inclusive Recruitment Practices

  • Streamlined & Fair Screening:

  • The initial candidate shortlisting process uses an anonymous Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with a skills-based "starring system."

  • Only a small group of two (the recruiter and hiring manager) review applications to minimise potential bias and focus selection on relevant skills.
