- Brighter Places have various internal resources focused on neurodiversity — including a bespoke 100+ page toolkit for managers.
- ND awareness training is available to all employees.
- Plans are in place to deliver training for customer-facing roles on neuro-inclusivity.
- All employees have access to Diversita Connect and the resources available on the platform.
