About the Role

Your responsibilities will be to:


  • Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, arranging interviews, and processing references and candidate correspondence.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, prepare new starter documentation, and assist with inductions.

  • Maintain accurate personnel records and digital filing systems.

  • Process learning and development requests, schedule training, and collate feedback.

  • Assist with preparing HR reports, data updates, and audit materials.

  • Maintain diaries and key milestones to ensure HR deadlines are met.

  • Provide administrative support for employee events and general HR operations.

  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 in all HR processes.



Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role with a strong eye for detail.

  • Ability to maintain employee files and electronic systems accurately.

  • A basic understanding of key HR processes and procedures.

  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.


It would be nice if the candidate has:


  • A CIPD Level 3 qualification (or is currently working towards it).

  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Confidence in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
