About the Role
Our client is a profound global insurer business that holds numerous awards for diversity and inclusion. The company is a long-standing player in the insurance business and aims to create a comfortable work environment focusing on staff well-being and growth.
They are looking for a solution-focused Senior Business Analyst who is also able to build relationships with key stakeholders.
You will be working within their business analyst team and practice, you will be doing:
You’ll provide support for testing, implementation, and training activities
You'll lead and share best practices and experience with peer groups
Contribute to the functional design of the system
Perform analysis across the end-to-end business processes to understand the system impacts
Present complex problems and analysis results in a simplified manner to technical and non-technical users
You'll contribute to the planning and be responsible for the analysis approach, adapting organisational standards to meet project goals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in delivering BA artefacts on a large project of over £1m
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience in documenting use cases, functional specifications or similar
Experience with system and user acceptance testing
Experience with different methodologies and best practices using a range of requirement elicitation and documentation techniques
