No Funding Required

We aim to provide exceptional support to all of our candidates and our default service for candidates includes some of the areas below

  • Multiple communication options are available, including non-verbal communication

  • 1 hour with one of our consultants to discuss your job search with an opportunity to disclose your ND journey​

  • A review of your CV and advice on any amendments

  • A Diversita Candidate Profile that will supplement your CV, and is a document that you can use for all your applications... even outside of Diversita

  • Open communication with our consultants - we aim to reply in reasonable time

  • A review of our live roles​​​

  • Invitation to our monthly community meet up and Diversita LinkedIn group

  • Updates on any suitable roles in the future

  • If we don’t have a suitable role we will can identify up to 5 companies that are hiring and approach them on your behalf if you choose to

Our focus is to work with companies that are neuro-inclusive or are on a journey to neuro-inclusivity.

You will be working with an agency that ONLY works with ND job seekers but also will advocate to provide you with a positive application and interview experience

While the ultimate aim is to create job opportunities for our candidates, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the outcome. What we try to do however, is create a positive agency experience for our candidates and try to advise and signpost where we can.

 

All of Diversita's consultants are ND and as such have an understanding of what candidates are looking for.
