Job Board Information page for Candidates

Thank you for taking an interest in our Job Board. At Diversita we only partner with companies that have undergone a screening process of 6 questions to test their inclusivity, we then let you - the candidate - know how they did.

The questions are as follows:

  • Does your company hold a focus on neurodiversity and neuro-inclusivity?

  • Are you happy to share the salary upfront with the candidates on our job board?

  • Can you provide equitable adjustments for neurodivergent candidates in your interview process?

  • Do your roles offer flexible working schemes where possible?

  • Do you provide workplace adjustments and have a supportive work environment?

  • As a company how do you reject candidates that do not get accepted into the role?
