We have an option for a limited amount of candidates where we can offer Career Support for 1 hour per week for 8 weeks to fully support the job search.

 

This approach is tailored to the candidate and gives us the opportunity to really explore what is needed and to give our job seekers the tools to increase job opportunities

 

Our 8 weeks of support is tailored to each candidate but can include

 

• The creation of a CV or a revised CV

• Assistance with your LinkedIn profile and social media review

• Self advocacy and discussing strengths and adjustments

• Introduction to specialist advice if needed such as job coaches or mentors

• A Diversita candidate profile

• Identifying neuro-inclusive organisations and contacts

• Assistance with applications

• Mock interviews and tips for interview

• Interview preparation

• …..and much more

 

As always the ultimate aim is to create job opportunities for our candidates we can’t guarantee this always be the outcome.
